• CA & IP Sagar Shah possess experience of more than 20 years. He is qualified Chartered Accountant & Insolvency Professional. He has been instrumental in sourcing and execution of credit assignments. He possess excellent experience in Debt Syndication, IPO Financing, Insolvency Profession, Debt Resolution, NCLT etc. He has handled fund raising of more than Rs.5000 Crores during tenor of practice.
• CA Shashikant Purohit Purohit possess experience of more than 12 years. He is qualified Chartered Accountant & has worked with RBL Bank in past assignments. He is instrumental in leading the Bank Loan Syndication & Advisory Services pertaining to Raising Project Finance, Term Loans, Fund Based and Non-Fund limits etc. He has handled Loan Syndication of more than Rs.2000 Crores during tenor of practice for clients based across India.
• CA Nikhil Shah possess experience of more than 13 years. He is qualified Chartered Accountant & possess hands on experience in finance and taxation. He is looking after Debt Syndication, Virtual CFO & Taxation Services. He has been helping clients to source finances, preparation of financial statements and tax matters.
• Girish Pingle is Masters in Business Administration and has been looking after Micro & Small Financing of organisation. He has been working with organisation for more than 10 years and possess experience in financing multiple industries.
• Vinod Kankute has been working with organisation for more than 8 years. He has been looking after Retail Segment & Dealing in Auction Properties.
• CA Jyoti Vyas brings experience of more than 10 years. She had worked with the Northern Trust, Eatigo India and E&Y in past. She is part of Debt Syndication team. She is also involved in Taxation, Advisory and CFO services.
